Which Roads Require a Vignette in Moldova?
The entire Moldovan public road network, including all national roads. Moldova does not have a motorway network in the traditional sense; the vignette applies to all public roads and is required only for vehicles NOT registered in Moldova.
Vehicles: Required for all foreign-registered motor vehicles. Category for passenger cars is the cheapest tariff. Goods vehicles up to 3,500 kg have a slightly higher tariff. Motorcycles are EXEMPT. Trailers require their own separate vignette.

The easiest way is to buy online before you travel. You can also purchase at petrol stations near the border.
Visit evinieta.gov.md (official government portal, available in Romanian, Russian, and English).
Enter your vehicle registration, nationality, and contact details.
Select the validity period and pay online (MPay — Moldova's government payment system, accepts international cards).
Receive a confirmation email. The vignette is registered in the border control database.
